摘要
将鸭疫里氏杆菌通过改良酵母肉汤培养,得菌数在500～2000亿/ml的菌液:甲醛灭活,与氢氧化铝液(含量1.4%)2∶1混合搅匀,制成铝胶疫苗,经无菌检验、安全检验合格,免疫5日龄雏鸭,分别于7d、10d、20d后攻毒(攻毒剂量:0.25ml),攻毒保护率为50%、50%、75%;5日龄、12日龄两次免疫,10日后攻毒保护率为10%。
The number of RA(Riemerella anapestifer)cultivated by the developed yeast soap cultivation,reached 5.0～20×1010CFU/mL.After inactaivated by HCHO,it was mixed with Al(OH) by 2∶1.With the result of passing the examinations of non-bacteria and security,every duck aged 5 days in immunized groups was inoculated subcutaneously with a dose of 0.5mL vaccine.The protection rates were 50%,50% and 75% on the 7th,10th and 20th day after the first vaccination .And on the 10th day of the second vaccination(on ducks aged 12 days),the protection rate reached a peak of 100%.
