选择 1 68只 1日龄ArborAcres商品肉公雏随机分成 4组 ,每组 42只并平均分养在 3层育雏笼中 ,研究不同阶段添加维生素E对肉鸡生产性能及肉质的影响。 0~ 3周龄日粮及 4~ 6周龄日粮中分别添加 2 0 / 2 0 ,2 0 0 / 2 0 ,2 0 / 2 0 0和 2 0 0 / 2 0 0mg/kg的维生素E。结果表明 ,肉鸡前期日粮中添加高剂量的维生素E有利于其生长 ,但对肌肉的滴水损失及存放期间的硫代巴比妥酸反应物水平无显著影响。而在后期料 。
male Arbor Acer chicks with 1 day age were allotted averagely to 4 groups to study the effect of supplementation of vitamin E with different amounts and periods on performance and meat quality of broilers. The ration for the chicks with 0-3 week and 4-6 week age supplemented vitamin E 20/20,200/20,20/200 and 200/200 mg/kg respectively. It is showed that supplementing vitamin E at high dosage in group of 0-3 week age was benefit for growth of broilers but not for droploss and TBARS of meat. High dosage of vitamin E in ration of groups of 4-6 week and 0-6 week age decreased significantly droploss and prolonged the shelf life of chick meat.
