The Nutrition Function of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and the Application in the Poultry Production

多不饱和脂肪酸是一类具有重要生物学功能的物质 ,主要包括 n-3和 n-6系列多不饱和脂肪酸 ,它们对脂类的代谢、机体的免疫、血液生化特性的影响、机体的生长发育及细胞膜功能的发挥和基因表达调控等许多方面起着重要的作用。本文主要介绍了多不饱和脂肪酸的营养功能及其作用的机理 。

Polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) have very important physiological functions,mainly including the n 3 and n 6 series of PUFA.Polyunsaturated fatty acids of the n 3 and n 6 families have profound effects on lipid metabolism and the immune function,the biochemical character of the blood,the growth of the body and membrane function,the biochemical character of the blood,the growth of the body and membrane functions,particularly regulation of gene expression.This review mainly introduce the nutrition functions and the mechanism of PUFA,and the application in the poultry production.
