摘要
近年来 ,ivermectin(伊维菌素 ,IVM)缓、控释制剂广泛应用于动物寄生虫及多种疫病的防治 ,本文就其作用、制剂、优点。
In recent years,ivermectin sustained release and controlled release formulations have been used extensively in veterinary medicine for prophylactic and therapy many parasitic infections and diseases.The effect,formulations,advantages,pharmacokinetics,and environmental impact of these formulations usage in livestock were reviewed in this paper.
