诺氟沙星锌制备工艺研究

Study on preparation process of norfioxacin zinc

目的:确立诺氟沙星锌的化学合成工艺。方法:采用诺氟沙星与醋酸锌在碱性条件下加热合成并检测各项理化指标。结果:此工艺制得诺氟沙星锌含量为99.52±0.2353,PH值5.5～7.0。成品的收率95%以上。结论:制备工艺稳定可行。

Objective:The chemical synthetic process of norfioxacin zinc has been established by the authors.Methods:norfioxacin zinc was synthesized from the starting material norfioxacin and zinc acid under the condition of NaOH and heating,and all physicochemical target were tested.Re- sult:Content 99.52+0.2353,PH5.5～7.0,the total yield of over 95%.Conclusion:The preparation process is stable and practicable.
