注射用氨苄西林钠的细菌内毒素检测

The test for bacterial endotoxins of ampicillin sodium for injection

目的:考察注射用氨苄西林钠细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法:根据《中国药典》2000年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法的要求进行试验。结果:将样品进行适当稀释可排除干扰,与家兔法结果一致。结论:将注射用氨苄西林钠稀释至0.625mg·ml^(-1),可用灵敏度为0.125Eu·ml^(-1)的鲎试剂作细菌内毒素检查。

OBJECTIVE:To inspect on the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test for ampicillin sodium for injection.METHODS:The experiment is implemented according to the request of bac- terial endotoxin test method collected in the 2 nd book,CHINA pharmacopoeia 2000.RESULTS: The test was not disturbed when the sample was diluted appropriately,as was the same as rabbit test.CONCLUSIONS:Ampicillin sodium for injection added the solvent up to 0.625mg·ml^(-1) could be tested with the sensitivity of 0.125Eu·ml^(-1).
