糖尿病视网膜病变患者一氧化氮、γ-干扰素变化及临床意义研究 被引量:3

Detection of NO,IFN-γ In Patients With Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、γ -干扰素 (IFN -γ)在糖尿病视网膜病变中的意义 方法 检测糖尿病无视网膜病变患者 (NDR)、糖尿病视网膜病变患者 (DR)及正常人血中NO、IFN -γ的含量 ,进行对比分析。结果 NDR组NO显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,IFN -γ与对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;DR组NO含量与正常对照组差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而明显低于糖尿病无眼底病组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;DR组IFN -γ明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且明显低于糖尿病无眼底病组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 NO、IFN -γ共同参与了糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制 ;NO、IFN -γ的检测 ,有助于糖尿病视网膜病变的诊断 ;对NO、IFN -γ的深入研究 ,有望为糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗开辟新的途径。 Objective To survey the significance of NO,IFN-γ in diabetic retinopathy.Methods NO and IFN-γ in diabetic patients without retinopathy(NDR) and diabetic retinopathy patients(DR) were detected,while normal subjects were set as normal control group.Results In NDR group,NO was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0 01),while IFN-γ showed no significantly difference(P>0 05);In DR group, NO showed no different from the normal control group(P>0 05),but obviously lower than that in NDR group (P<0 05);IFN-γ in DR group was obviously lower than that of normal control group(P<0 05),also obviously lower than that in NDR group (P<0 01).Conclusions NO and IFN-γ could play an important role in diabetic retinopathy progress;detection of serum NO and IFN-γ was valuable in diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.
