女性淋病患者支原体(7种)感染状况研究

Study on The Epidemic Status of Mycoplasmas (7 Species) in Female Gonorrhea Patients

为了解我国女性淋病患者支原体 ( 7种 )合并感染状况。应用套式聚合酶链反应 (nPCR)和DNA序列测定方法对 5 1例女性淋病患者的阴道拭子标本中的解脲脲原体 (Uu)、人型支原体 (Mh)、肺炎支原体 (Mpn)、生殖支原体 (Mg)、穿通支原体 (Mpe)、发酵支原体 (Mf)、梨支原体 (Mpi)等 7种支原体核酸进行检测。结果表明 ,本组女性淋病患者Uu、Mh、Mpn、Mg、Mpe、Mf、Mpi的检出率分别为 43 1%、37 3%、35 3%、17 6 %、9 8%、7 8%、0 %。结果证实 ,我国女性淋病患者中支原体合并感染状况严重。
