恶性肿瘤组织DNA倍体分类与CD_8^+/CD_(28)^+表达的关系 被引量:2

THE RELATION BETWEEN CD_8^+/CD_(28)^+ CELLS AND DNA PLOID TYPES OF TUMOR TISSURE

摘要 目的 :探讨组织 DNA倍体分类与 CD+8/ CD+2 8表达细胞之间的关系。方法 :用流式细胞术对 190例恶性肿瘤组织 DNA倍体做了分类 ,并对其 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞检出率进行了检测。同时分析了不同 DNA倍体组织中 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞表达率。结果 :恶性肿瘤组织 CD+8/ CD+2 8表达细胞检出率显著低于正常对照组织 (P<0 .0 1)。恶性肿瘤组织 DNA倍体分为二倍体 (D)、近二倍体 (ND)、四倍体(T)、非整倍体 (AN)和多异倍体 (M) ,后 4种 DNA倍体类型统称为 DNA异倍体 (H)。DNA异倍体肿瘤组织的 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞检出率显著低于二倍体肿瘤 (P<0 .0 1) ;在不同 DNA异倍体组织中 ,从 ND→ T→ AN到 M,其 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞检出率逐渐减低 ,但各组间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :恶性肿瘤能抑制肿瘤局部组织的免疫功能 ,不同 DNA倍体类型组织的免疫状态是不同的。由此可见 ,肿瘤局部组织 CD+8/ CD+2 8细胞表达水平与其 Objective:To study the relation between CD + 8/CD + 28 expression rate and DNA ploid classificantion on tumorous tissue of patients with malignant tumors.Methods:CD + 8/CD + 28 cell percentage and DNA contents of tumorous tissue were measured from 190 patients with malignant tumors by flow cytometry. The relation was analysed between CD + 8/CD + 28 expression cells and different DNA types. Results:The ploid of tumorous tissue was classified as diploid (D), near diploid (ND), tetraploid (T), aneuploid (AN) and multiploid (M).The latter 4 DNA ploid types were called heteroploid (H). The expression rate of CD + 8/CD + 28 cells in malignant tumor tissue was lower than that of normal tissue control group ( P <0.01). The expression rate of CD + 8/CD + 28 cells in heteroploid tumorous tissue was lower than that of diploid tumor tissue ( P <0.01).In different DNA heteroploid types,the expression rate of CD + 8/CD + 28 cells in tumor tissue gradully reduced from ND→T→AN to M tumorous tissue.The expression rate of CD + 8/CD + 28 cells were not significantly different among different DNA heteroploid groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Malignant tumor may inhibite immune function of immune cells in local tumor tissue. The immune function of tumorous tissue among different DNA ploid types were significantly different. Therefore, the relation between the expression rate of CD + 8/CD + 28 cells and DNA ploid types was very intimate.
