CD_3AK细胞肝瘤内注射结合TACE治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期疗效观察

Short-Term Effect of Intra-Hepatic Tumor Injection of CD_3AK Cells Combined with TACE for Advanced Primary Hepatic Cancer

目的:观察CD3AK细胞肝瘤内局部注射结合肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗中、晚期原发性肝癌的近期观察疗效。方法:对20例中、晚期原发性肝癌的外周血行CD3AK细胞培养后肝瘤内局部注射并结合肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术,并与同期24例中、晚期原发性肝癌单纯行肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术(TACE)相对照。结果:完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)15例,有效率RR(CR+PR)80.0%,患者的细胞免疫功能明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:CD3AK细胞局部注射结合化疗治疗中、晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效增加(P<0.05),患者的细胞免疫功能明显提高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of intra-tumor injection of CD 3 AK cells combined with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for medium and ad-vanced hepatic cancers.Methods:Twenty patients with primary medium and advanced hepatic cancers(PHC)were treated by CD 3 AK local injection combined with TACE(treated group)and it was compared with24patients only treated with TACE(control group).Results:The results showed that CR1patient,PR15patients.The effective rate of the treated group was80%and the immunity function improved obviously.(P<0.01).Conclusion:The intra-tumor injection of CD 3 AK cells combined with TACE can enhance the short-term curative effect and improve the immunity functions of the patients with advanced PHC.
