下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Leiomyosarcoma of Inferior Vena Cava

目的:了解下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点,提高对下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤的诊治能力,探讨其合理的治疗方法。方法:对近10年收治的7例下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:7例患者均实施手术及经病理证实,6例行肿瘤及相应的下腔静脉切除和必要的下腔静脉重建,1例仅行剖腹探查。结论:肿瘤整块切除及必要的下腔静脉重建是治疗下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤唯一有效的方法。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical characteristics of leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cava and to summarize the author's experience on the treatment of leiomyosarcoima of infe-rior vena cava.Methods:The clinical materials of seven cases with leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cava in recent 10years were studied retrospectively.Reasults:The diagnosis of the seven cases were acertained by pathology.Six cases were successfully resected with necessary recon-struction of inferior vena cava and only one patient did laparotomy.Conclusion:The only ef-fective way of treating leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cava is en bloc resection with necessary reconstruction of inferior vena cava.
