抗内皮细胞抗体的检测及临床应用

Determination of Anti-endotheliocyte Antibody and Its Application

目的 建立可以常规应用的免疫荧光法检测血清中抗内皮细胞抗体 (AECA)。方法 对试验条件进行研究并与 EL ISA法对比 ,检测冠心病、脑梗死、肺疾患及脑血管障碍患者 3 1 0例 ,青年健康组 5 0例 ,老年健康组 3 0例。结果 两法检测阳性率无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,符合率 89.7% ;试验表明 ,用两种方法检测冠心病组、脑梗死组的 AECA阳性率均明显高于健康组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,肺疾患组与脑血管障碍组也高于健康组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,内皮素检测证实 AECA阳性者与内皮素升高明显正相关。结论 自身免疫形成的 AECA在促进内皮细胞损伤中具有重要意义 ;免疫荧光法快速、简便 ,适用于临床应用。

Objective To establish a routinely used immuno-fluorescence method for detecting anti-endotheliocyte antibody (AECA).Methods Optimized the test condition and compared with ELISA of AECA in 4 patient's groups(coronary heart disease,cerebro-infarction,pneumonic disease,and cerebro-vascular disease),young and old healthy groups.Results The positive rate of two methods showed no significant difference ( P >0.05),the agreement rate was 89.7%.The AECA positive rate of two methods were all significant higher in diseased groups than that in healthy groups ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).The endothelion in AECA positive sera were correlated higher.Conclusion AECA plays an important role in promoting endothelicyte lesion.Immuno-fluoresence method was simple,rapid and applicable.
