摘要 目的:为开发利用江西丰富的黄毛楤木资源提供科学依据。方法:采用火焰及石墨无焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素的含量;用氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸含量;柱层析法分离测定楤木总苷含量;用大孔吸附树脂法分离皂苷,光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:确定了楤木中微量元素、氨基酸、楤木皂苷的种类及含量。结论:楤木中微量元素、氨基酸含量丰富;皂苷含量随季节而变化;分离得到4个皂苷单体,其中两个为新化合物。 Objective:To supply the scientific basis for developing and utilizing the plentiful Aralla decaisneana Hance. Method:Determining the content of trace element by flame or graphite flameless atomic absorption spectrometry;Determining the content of amino acid by the analytical instrument of amino acid;Determining the content of total saponin by column chromatography. Parting saponins by macro-reticular resins;Identifing its structure by spectrum analysis. Results:The kinds and contents of the trace element,of amino acid,and saponinsin Aralla decaisneana Hance were determined. Conclusion:There is plentiful trace element and amino acid in Aralla decaisneana Hanuce, the content of saponins changes along with the seasons changing. Two new compounds were found out of the four saponins.
