交泰煎剂对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血脂及胰岛素敏感性的影响

Effect of Jiaotai Decoction on the Level of Blood Lipid and the Sensitivity of Insulin in Rats with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察交泰煎剂对Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)大鼠血脂及胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:将Ⅱ型DM模型大鼠19只随机分2组,治疗组9只,予交泰煎剂灌胃,对照组10只,予白开水灌胃。4周后检测大鼠血脂、血糖、血胰岛素,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:对照组有2只大鼠死亡。治疗组与对照组比,TG、LDL-C/HDL-C、血糖显著下降,HDL-C、ISI显著升高;治疗组TG、HDL-C均接近正常组。结论:交泰煎剂能纠正Ⅱ型DM大鼠的血脂紊乱,增强胰岛素敏感性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiaotai decoction in the level of blood lipid and the sensitivity of insulin in rats with type 2 diabetes(DM2). Methods:19 rats with DM2 were randomized to two groups:one group was treated by Jiaotai decoction(n=9),the control group was compared with water(n=10).The concentration of blood lipid, glucose and insulin were tested after 4 weeks.Insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. Results:2 rats of the control group died at the end of the study. The concentration of TG, blood glucose and the rate of LDL-C/HDL-C declined notably, while the HDL-C and ISI increased significantly. The concentration of TG and HDL-C in the therapy group accessed to normal range. Conclusion:The disorder of blood lipid can be corrected by the treatment of Jiaotai decoction in rats with DM2, and the sensitivity of insulin can be increased as well.
