消瘤饮离子导入治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Uterine Leiomyoma with Xiao Liu Yin Iontophoresis

目的:比较消瘤饮离子导入与口服桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效,探讨消瘤饮离子导入治疗子宫肌瘤的可能机制。方法:将160例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例于非月经期采用消瘤饮离子导入 ,对照组60例经净后口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,均治疗3个月。治疗前后妇检及B超测量子宫及其肌瘤大小,检测血液流变学并采用放射免疫法(RIA)测治疗组治疗前后血清促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)水平。治疗组及对照组1/3病例于治疗前后采用彩色多谱勒超声诊断仪对子宫动脉血流搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)进行了检测对比。结果:治疗组和对照组疗效相比差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗组及对照组血液流变学的四项指标治疗前后比较均有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后对比,血清P水平明显下降(P<0.01),LH水平上升(P<0.05),FSH、PRL、E2、T无明显变化(P>0.05);两组治疗前后子宫动脉血流PI、RI的变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:消瘤饮离子导入治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效、无副作用,比桂枝茯苓胶囊疗效更为确切,除降低血液粘滞性外,且能使血清P水平下降,这可能是其治疗子宫肌瘤的主要机制之一。

Objective:To compare the results in treating uterine leiomyoma with Xiao Liu Yin Iontophoresis or take orally Guizhi Fulin capsula and approach the probable mechanism in treating uterine leiomyoma with Xiao Liu Yin Iontophoresis. Method:160 patients with uterine leiomyma were random divided into two groups. The treating group(100 patients) was treated 30 minutes with Xiao Liu Yin Iontophoresis once a day at no-menses for three months. The control group (60 patients) take orally three Guizhi Fulin capsula tid after menses for three months. Before treating and after treating controlled the uterus and the leiomyoma by Bcan examined the hemorheology and the serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)、luteinizing hormone(LH)、Estradiol(E2)、Progesterone(P)、Prolactin(PRL)、Testosterone(T) in the treating group One third of the two groups were controlled the values of pasatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI) for the uterine artery(UA) by transvaginal doppler ultrasonography. Results:The total effective rate was 94% (94/100) in the treating group. Which was 81.67% (49/60) in the control group the effect of the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The hemorheolgy also was significant before treating and after treating of the two groups.In the treating group, the level of serum P was significantly decreased(P<0.01), LH was increased(P<0.05), but the level of FSH、PRL、E2、T was no statistically difference(P>0.05), PI、RI for UA were no statistically difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Xiao Liu Yin Iontophoresis is more practical than Guizhi Fulin capsula in treating uterine leiomyoma and it is a effective and safe therapy without side effect. It can not only decrease hemagglutination, but also decrease the level of serum P. This is probably the mechanism in treating uterine leiomyoma.
