中风Ⅱ号口服液治疗急性脑梗塞的临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarcti on by Zhongfeng No. Ⅱ Oral Liquid

目的 :探讨中药中风Ⅱ号口服液 (简称中风Ⅱ号 )干预急性脑梗塞的效果和机制。方法 :临床方面 :对 16 0例急性脑梗塞患者进行随机对照研究 ,试验组用中风Ⅱ号结合西药治疗 ,对照组采用单纯西药治疗。动物实验 :采用单侧结扎沙土鼠颈总动脉的方法建立脑梗塞动物模型 ,随机分成模型组、生理盐水组、中风Ⅱ号组。结果 :临床研究证实 ,中风Ⅱ号能改善中医证候、神经功能。动物实验表明 :(1)中风Ⅱ号在 6h内明显抑制谷氨酸释放 ;(2 )中风Ⅱ号可有效保护超氧化物歧化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 ,清除自由基。结论 :中风Ⅱ号能改善脑组织功能 ,治疗脑梗塞 。

To explore the effect and mechanism of Zhongf eng No. Ⅱ Oral Liquid (ZFⅡ) in treating acute cerebral infarction (CI). Methods: Randomly controlled clinical study was conducted in 160 patients with CI, they were treated with ZFⅡ plus western me dicine (treated group) and western medicine alone (control group) respectively. The animal model of CI was made by unilaterally common carotid artery ligation i n 45 Mongolian gerbil, and they were divided into the model group, the normal sa line group and ZFⅡ group. Results: ZFⅡ could improve the TCM Syndrome, neuro function and cerebral blood circulation in CI patients. Experimental study showed that ZF Ⅱ could significantly inhibit the release of glutamic acid in 6 hrs (P <0 05), maintain the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathio ne, and scavenge the free radicals effectively. Conclusion: ZFⅡ could improve the function of brain tissue, a nd is worth developing and applying in treating CI.
