青岛某高校社区高血压病的三级预防

The three-grade prevention for hypertension in community of a certain university in Qingdao

目的 探讨高校社区中高血压病的防治措施。方法 对某高校社区教职员工高血压的患病率、服药率及控制率做整群抽样调查 ,并与历年查体档案的相关资料进行比较。结果 1997～ 2 0 0 0年某高校教职员工高血压患病率间差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,高血压的控制率间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。在职与退休人员的高血压患病率、服药率及控制率间差别均具有非常显著性的意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 高校社区中 ,实施高血压病三级预防保健干预 ,效果明显 ,值得推广。

Objective To explore the prophylaxis and treatment for hypertension in community of university.Methods The incidence rate of hypertension and taking medicine and control rate were investigated by the methods of cluster and record in the peoples of the university community.Results First-grade prevention for hypertension can raise the rate of awareness and the health level;the second-grade prevention can control the incidence of hypertension and early take medicine rate;the third-grade prevention can reduce the rate of peril and death.Conclusion The establishment of three grade prevention for hypertension in community of university is feasible and necessary.
