摘要
目的 探讨亚硒酸钠对大鼠胚胎的致畸性。方法 采用胚胎肢芽细胞培养方法 ,观察亚硒酸钠对大白鼠胚胎肢芽细胞增殖和分化的影响。结果 试验显示亚硒酸钠对大鼠肢芽细胞半数抑制分化浓度 (ID50 )为 10 92 μmol/L ,半数抑制细胞增殖浓度 (IP50 )为 7 95 μmol/L。 结论 亚硒酸钠的IP50 /ID50 值为 0 72 8( <6) ,表明亚硒酸钠只是一种细胞毒性物质 ,而非致畸物。
Objective To study the teratogenicity of sodium selenite (Na 2SeO 3) on embryo of rats.Methods The micromass rat embryo limb bud cell culture was used to determine the teratogenicity of sodium selenite. Results The concentration inhibiting the formation of differentiated foci by 50% of the control (ID 50 ) and the concentration inhibiting cell survival or proliferation by 50% of the control (IP 50 ) were shown to be 10.92 μmol/L and 7.95 μmol/L respectively. Conclusion The value of IP 50 /ID 50 of Na 2SeO 3 was 0.728. According to the calculation criteria, sodium selenite might be regarded as nonteratogen.
