摘要
目的 探讨文化程度对职业紧张测试结果的影响。方法 使用职业紧张测量工具对 65 6名不同职业的研究对象进行了研究。结果 高中 /中专组工作危险性、职务提升、工作自主性、A型行为、身心症状和每日紧张感评分小于大学及以上组 ,而物理环境、技术利用程度、工作前景未知性、组织忠诚度和心理卫生评分则大于大学及以上组 ,差异均具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 文化程度对前述部分职业紧张因素、个体因素和紧张结局的测试结果存在着明显影响。
Objective To study the effect of education level on occupational stress. Methods 656 subjects from different professional staff were investigated using the Occupational Stress Instrument. Results For the job hazards, duty and professional promotion, job autonomy, type A behaviour, physical complaints and daily life stress, the groups with high school and vocational school education levels had lower scores than those with college (or university) and above degree ( P <0.01 or P <0.05), but the former had the higher scores for the physical environment, skill underutilization, job future ambiguity, organization commitment and mental health than the latter. Conclusion The education level might have effect on some stressors, individual factors and strains of the occupational stress mentioned before.
