摘要
目的 制定卫生标准。方法 调查 2 5 6家使用正己烷企业 ;对 4家重点企业个体接触浓度测定和 179名接触者体检 ;分析 14 0例中毒资料。结果 中毒接触浓度在 180mg/m3以上的样品占 93 0 2 % ;个体接触平均浓度 >10 0mg/m3的高浓度组有 2人肌电图轻微周围神经损害 ,<10 0mg/m3的低浓度组未发现对健康不良影响。结论 建议车间空气正己烷最大容许浓度 (MAC)为 180mg/m3,时间加权平均值 (TWA)为 10 0mg/m3。
Objective To establish a health standard for n hexane in workplace. Methods 256 factories using n hexane were investigated. The individual exposure concentrations were detected and 179 workers exposed to n hexane were given physical examination in 4 main factories. The data of 140 occupational poisoning cases were also analyzed. Results N hexane concentration in 93.02% samples was higher than 180 mg/m 3 among the factories where occupational poisoning occurred. 2 cases of slight peripheral neuropathy were found by examining electromyogram in the workers exposed to high concentration of n hexane (the average n hexane concentration >100 mg/m 3), but no health effects were observed in the low concentration group exposed to less than 100 mg/m 3. Conclusion MAC 180 mg/m 3 and TWA 100 mg/m 3 were suggested.
