Through the successful organization of Qingjiang Hydropower plant construction and development of Gaobazhou and Shuibuya projects the co called 'Qingjang Valley Structure' was established. Its nucleus is following:right separation of administration and enterprise; scientific intergration of production elements; dynamic development of scientific, manpower and management levels. Also was discussed the prospective plan of Qingjiang Co. development and Qingjiang Valley exploitation after the entry into the WTO.
