摘要
采用 2 (CP∶2 0 %和 17% )× 2 (GE∶17.6MJ/kg和 16.7MJ/kg)二因子交叉设计 ,选用 5岁 ( 4锯 )以上梅花公鹿 10 0头 ,分为 4个试验组进行饲养试验和消化试验。试验结果表明 ,饲粮蛋白质水平和能量浓度对鹿体增重产生的互作效应显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,高能高蛋白组鹿体增重显著高于高能低蛋白组 ;饲粮粗蛋白质水平对蛋白质消化率和纤维消化率均有极显著影响 (P <0 .0 1) ,较高的饲粮蛋白质水平 ,蛋白质和纤维消化率均较高 ;饲粮能量浓度对蛋白质消化率影响显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,低能量浓度组蛋白质消化率显著高于高能量浓度组 ,5岁以上生茸期梅花鹿饲粮中能量、蛋白质适宜水平分别约为 16.8MJ/kg(GE)和 16.6% (CP) ;平均每头鹿每天对消化能和可消化蛋白质的需要量分别为 36~ 37MJ和 366~ 382 g。
In order to estimate the optimal dietary energy concentration and crude protein level during the antler growth period for five years old sika deer,feeding and digestion trials were conducted with 100 male deer at this time.The deer were randomly assigned to 4 groups.The results showed that:(1)the apparent digestibility of crude protein increased with increasing dietary protein level.(2)the optimal dietary energy concentration and crude protein level were 16.8MJ/kg GE and 16.6%CP respectively.(3)the daily requirements of digestible energy and digestible crude protein per deer were 36~37 MJ and 366~382g respectively during the antler growth period for five years old sika deer.
