摘要
由环戊二烯和FeCl2 在 (CH3 CH2 ) 2 NH作用下可制得二茂铁 (双环戊二烯基铁 )。把乙酰化的二茂铁和甲酰化的苯并十五冠五在碱性溶液中化合 ,经柱色谱分离可制得具有分子式C2 7H3 0O6Fe的缩合产物。如把 4′ -甲酰基苯并十五冠五与 1,1′ -二乙酰基二茂铁在碱性条件下反应 ,由于冠醚的巨大空间阻碍作用 ,也只能得到一元缩合产物。不是得到二元缩合产物。二乙酰基二茂铁的制备过程与乙酰基二茂铁相似 。
Cyclopeutadiene and ferrous dichloride under dithylamine may forms ferrocene(discyclopeutadieuyl rion).put acetylated ferrocene and 4′-formyl benzo-15-crown-5 in alkaliue catolyst and sparation it with pillar chromatography,a formation of coudensation that possesses molecular formula C 27 H 30 O 6Fe may be got.If put 4′-formyl benzo-15-crown-5 and 1,1′-diacetyl ferrocne into alkali,we only get compound that condensates and joins each other at one join because of the large space hindrance function.We can′t get the condensation compound in which two molecular of 4′-formyl benzo-15-crown-5 combine with 1,1′-diacetyl ferrocene at two symmetric position yet.The process or way of synthesis of diacetyl ferrocene is very like that of acetyl ferrocene.But to the first compound ,the reaction temperature must be higher than that to the second.
