This paper presents a detailed description of mobile e-commerce built on WAP over Bluetooth.We expound the Bluetooth LAN access model, the technical framework of mobile e-commerce, the core functions and the message flow of of mobile electronic transaction. In the end we point out the benefits and opportunities that mobile electronic transaction brings to us.
