Research for the Deformation Rate of Cold-rolled and Twisted Bars

论述了冷轧扭钢筋的冷变形速度对其变形温度及塑性的影响 ,推导了冷加工钢筋变形速度的计算公式 。

In this paper the relationships among deformation rate, temperature and plasticity of cold rolled and twisted bars are discussed, and also the equation for deformation rate of cold rolled and twisted bars is derived. It is proved that increasing deformation rate is the effective measure for cold rolled and twisted bars to enhance elongation rate.
