摘要
针对水库的风险调度问题 ,论述了风险调度的基本步骤——风险识别、风险度量、风险决策、执行决策、效果评估及其实施要点 。
Aming at the risk operation of reservoir,this paper discusses the basic process of risk operation ,to recognize a risk, namely, to measure a risk,to make a risk decision,to perform a decision,to evaluate the effects.The basic process of risk operation has been established.
