摘要
基于前馈人工神经网络的基本原理建立了水利水电规划方案优选的神经网络模型 ,并提出了基于该模型的样本处理方法。在此基础上对桑郎河梯级开发方案进行了优选 。
This paper deals with hydropower planning scheme optimization based on the artificial mutilayer feedforward neural network, and provides a learning sample proceeding method based on the suggested model.An application of this model to Sanglang River exploitation scheme selection is briefed.The result shows the validity and rationality of the model and its sample proceeding method.
