摘要
介绍了一种轴流转桨式水轮机运转综合特性曲线计算机辅助计算和绘制系统的设计原理。该系统利用二元三次多项式分别对模型综合特性曲线中的各类等值线进行拟合 ,建立模型综合特性曲线数据库 ;然后根据相似理论计算原型水轮机工作范围内的特性数据 ,再利用插值方法绘制运转综合特性曲线 ;解决了以往此类程序设计中 ,算法设计困难 ,累积误差较大的问题。
In this paer, the design principle of a computer aided drawing system of performance curve for Kaplan turbine was introduced. Binary cubic multinomial form was used to fit resectively every type of equivalent curve in model synthetic characteristic curve. The database of model characteristic data was created.Then,the system can compute characteristic data in the working rang of prototype turbine on the basis of theory of similarity and the database.It can draw the performance curve with method of interpolation.The problems of designing algorithm difficulty and bigger accumulated error in the previous system have been solved.
