论我国加入WTO面临的立法环境与政府法制建设问题

On the Legal Environment and the Government’s Legal System Construction with respect to China’s Entering into WTO

加入WTO要求我国的法律制度适应其要求 ,通过对我国立法环境和政府法律建设方面存在问题的分析 ,提出了相应的解决措施。

Upon entering into WTO, the legal system in China need adjustments.This paper provides an analysis on the legal environment and some existing problems in China.On the basis of the analysis some policy measurements are suggested.
