摘要
高效液相色谱法测定血浆中阿魏酸的含量.使用岛津 LC-4A 型高效液相色谱仪.YWG-G_(18)H_(37)填充柱(25cm×4.6mm i.d).以乙二胺、甲酸调至 pH3~4的60%甲醇混合液作流动相.紫外312nm 检测,用内标法定量,内标物为肉桂酸.测定结果,回收率平均值为94.25%,相对标准偏差2.15%(8次测定).标准曲线呈线性关系.本法简便快速、重现性好.
This paper is about the determination of the plasma ferulic acid concentration by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). A Shimadzu liquid chromatograph LC-4A with a column (25cm×4.6mm) of YWG-C_(18)H_(37)(C_(18) chemical bonded stationary phase) was used.60% methanol containing ethylendiamine and methanoic acid to a mixing liquid with pH value of 3~4 was chosen as the mobile phase.The detection was at 254nm.The quantity of ferulic acid was determined by the internal standard method with cinnamic acid as a reference.The results showed that the standard deviation was 2.15%(eight determinations),the rate of recovery was 94.25% and the standard curve was well linear. The proposed method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
