肾上腺皮质肿瘤发病的分子机制

摘要 肾上腺皮质肿瘤发病的分子机制尚未阐明,可能涉及原癌基因的激活,抑癌基因的杂合性丢失,转录因子的调控异常,生长因子的自分泌或旁分泌作用以及一些受体在肾上腺局部过度或异位表达等众多因素。
