金瓷全冠与天然牙切缘抗压强度的比较 被引量:17

摘要 【目的】探讨和比较金瓷全冠及天然牙切缘的抗压强度 ,预防瓷折裂。【方法】制作 15个前牙金瓷全冠 ,挑选 15个离体前牙 ,测定其折裂时的强度。【结果】金瓷全冠切缘抗折力为 12 0 0N(12 2kg) ,抗压强度为 6 0 0MPa。天然牙切缘抗折力为 5 30N(5 4kg) ,抗压强度为 2 6 5MPa。【结论】金瓷全冠切缘的抗压强度大于天然牙切缘的抗压强度。瓷折裂除意外撞伤外 ,大多数是因为设计和制作缺陷造成的。 Objective To investigate and compare the compressive strength of the ceramometal full crown and the natural tooth for preventing the porcelain fracture.Methods 15 anterior ceramometal test full crowns were fabricated and 15 natural anterior teeth were selected. Fracture strength were measured. Results The mean force of fracture resistance and compressive strength were as follows: for the ceramometal full crown on incisal edge, 1200 N(122 kg) and 600 MPa; for the natural teeth on incisal edge, 530 N(54 kg) and 265MPa. Conclusion The compressive strength of the ceramometal full crowns is bigger than that of natural teeth on incisal edge. The major porcelain fracture of the ceramometal full crowns is contributed to their defects of designs and fabrication besides accidental bump.
