结石通片治疗泌尿系结石130例临床观察

Clinical investigation of Jieshitong tablet on urinary calculi

目的 观察结石通片治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法 将泌尿系结石患者1 80例随机分为治疗组 1 30例 ,口服结石通片 ,每次 5片 ,每日 3次 ;对照组 5 0例 ,口服石淋通片 ,每次 5片 ,每日 3次。 2组均 2 0日为 1个疗程 ,连续观察 2个疗程。结果 治疗组治愈率62 .3% ,总有效率 89.2 % ;对照组分别为 5 2 .0 %、76.0 %。 2组比较均有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Jieshitong tablet on urinary calculi. Methods 180 cases of urinary calculi were randomly allocated into the treatment group (130 cases) and the control group (50 cases). Patients in control group were given Shilintong tablet. Patients in treatment group were given 5 tablets of Jieshitong tablet a day, with a duration of 20 days. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (89.2%) compared with those in control group (76.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion Jieshitong tablet can produce a definite effect on the treatment of urinary calculi.
