摘要
应用初始量50毫克、间一日递增25毫克肌注丙酸睾丸酮诱导雄麝产生第二次泌香,其泌香反应发生率达91%,平均可增产麝香76.91%。诱导后对次年自然泌香节律无影响,且能使次年自然泌香量增加26.9%以上。
The experimental process on a large scale of the physiological inducement of the secondary musk secretion of male musk deer by androgen within successive two years was reported.
Our experimental results showed that in the physiological inducement of the secondary musk secretion of male musk deers of different ages ty androgen within successive years, the occurrence rate of induced musk secretion was more than 91%, average growth rate of musk yield was 76.91% by this approach. Physiological inducement by androgen could raise yield of musk secretion not only in this year, but also in the next year. In our experimental results, the natural musk secretion yield in the next year would increase by 26.9% over the last year.
