摘要
本试验按照在日粮中分别添加45ppm Cd、45ppm Cd+5ppm Se、45ppm Cd+10ppmSe、45ppm Cd+15ppm Se和仅饲喂基础日粮的处理方法,将成年蛋鸡100只分成5组,对各组鸡在试验40、60、90、120d不同时期肝、肾、心、肌肉组织硒、镉的含量进行了检测.结果表明,硒可降低镉在组织器官的蓄积,且在本试验条件下,随着日被硒水平的增加,其降低效果超明显;硒对镉损害的保护效应,主要取决于日粮中适宜的Sc/Cd摩尔比值,其最适Se/Cd摩尔比约为1:3.
One hundred healthy hens were divided randomly into five groups. They were treated with 45ppm Cd, 45ppm Cd + 5ppm Se, 45ppm Cd + 10ppm Se, 45ppm Cd + 15ppm Se in group I to IV , respectively. Group V was used as the control. The Se and Cd concentrations of liver, kidneys, myocardium and breast muscle were determined at 40, 60, 90 and 120 d of feeding experiment. The results indicated that there was a striking selectivity of Cd distribution in hens. The distribution pattern of Cd in tissues was found to be in proper order judging by the concentration: kidneys, liver, myocardium, breast muscle. A large dose of selenium has the ability to reduce the Cd accumulation in tissues. The protective effects of Se on Cd poisoning depended predominantly on the Se/Cd ratio in the ra-tioa The proper Se/Cd molar ratio was 1 : 3.
