摘要
医疗诊断领域是信息处理技术一个前景十分广阔的应用领域。从 2 0世纪 70年代开始 ,国内外投入巨大的力量对医疗诊断专家系统进行研究与开发 ,但由于大多数研究只是注重于总结某些专家的经验建立专家系统 ,把知识的表达和规则推理作为核心 ,把人的认知过程简单化、机械化 ,忽略了医疗诊断过程的复杂性和特殊性 ,实际能为医生所接受并投入临床使用的为数极少[1] [2 ] 。与此同时 ,神经网络理论的发展为智能医疗诊断系统提供了一条新的有效途径[3] 。
Medical diagnosis field is an application field of information processing technology with a board prospects, form the beginning of 1970s,it has been studied and developed for medical diagnosis expert system with enormous vigour at home and abroad, however, as most of researches were only put stress on summarizing experience of certain experts to establish expert system, simplified and mechanicalized humanˊs cognitive process, neglected complexity and particular of medical diagnosis process, actually, it can be accepted by doctors and seldom used in clinical aspect. In the meantime, the development of nerve net theory has been provided a new and effective way for intelligent medical diagnosis system.
