摘要
本文介绍了一种新型便携式红外 CO气体分析仪。测量原理基于朗伯 -比尔吸收定律。该仪器采用碲镉汞 (Hg Cd Te)等新型元器件 ,设计了时间双光束和空间双光束混合结构光路和锁相放大电路。测量范围 :(0 .10~ 5 .0 0 )× 10 - 3,重复性 :2± % ,精度 :3± %。具有低成本、智能化和低功耗等特点。可以应用于石油、化工、冶金、矿山。
It is described that a novel non dispersive infrared (IR) CO gas monitor with HgCdTe detector and double beam.It is based on the principle that certain gases absorb IR radiation at specific wavelengths.Its range of measurement is (0.10-5.00)×10 -3 and accuracy is 3±%.It is a solid state,lowpowered,compact and almost maintenance free instrument with high sensitivity and stability and reliability.It can be employed in processing control and environmental monitoring.
