摘要
本文报导了阳极氧化法实现纳米加工的技术研究和在纳米器件研究中的应用 ,特别讨论了实验装置的改进。
The realization of nanostructures by anodic oxidation and its application to nanodevices are reported and discussed in the paper.An improved experimental apparatus,which is suitable to realize uniform nanostructures,is discussed in detail.
