槽式水冷结构在∏折叠中功率CO_2激光器上的应用

摘要 本文报道了在 折叠中功率管式放电CO2 激光器的设计中采用槽式水冷却结构代替传统的同轴水冷套结构 ,具有结构简单紧凑 ,冷却效率高 ,谐振腔与输出功率稳定性好的优点 ; This paper presented a water cooling trough apparatus which was applied to a -fold medium-power CO 2 laser to substitute for the conventional coaxial water cooling sleeves.The application of water cooling trough apparatus has the advantages that the discharge tubes can be cooled more effectively,the laser resonator and its output are more stable and the structure of laser system become more compact than that of conventional design.To a great extent,the compactness and practical value of medium-power CO 2 laser will be improved.
