摘要
本文论述了直流高压与高频脉冲电源相叠加 ,构成高频、高压脉冲电源 ,并使其对CO2 激光器进行放电实验 。
This paper describes that the high frequency and high-voltage impulse power formed by the combination of DC high voltage and high frequency impulse power.Using this power supply,some discharge parameter and efficiency are studied in different condition on CO 2 laser.
