摘要
pTA2 48是与抗白叶枯病基因Xa2 1紧密连锁的 1个PCR标记 ,采用多个Xa2 1基因供体和受体水稻亲本以及抗 (Xa2 1)×感组合的F1 、F2 、F3 群体 ,对利用pTA2 48标记辅助选择进行水稻抗白叶枯病育种的有关问题 ,包括抗感亲本间的遗传多态性、pTA2 48标记与Xa2 1位点的连锁关系 ,以及pTA2 48标记选择的准确性等作了探讨。结果表明 ,pTA2 48标记在亲本间具有良好的多态性 ,与Xa2 1基因位点紧密连锁 ,二者间重组率为 0 %~1.3% ,根据该标记的多态性表现可对抗 (Xa2 1)×感组合后代材料中Xa2 1基因的基因型和表现型做出较为准确的选择。
pTA248 is a PCR marker linked to the Xa 21 gene. In this paper, some issues about breeding rice resistante to bacterial blight through the selection of pTA248 with 7 donors and recipients of Xa 21 gene, and the F 1, F 2, F 3 populations of 3 combinations of R( Xa 21)×S as are discussed. These inclucle the polymorphism between the donor and the recipient of Xa 21 gene, the linkage between pTA248 and Xa 21 gene, and the accuracy of the selection of pTA248. The results show that pTA248 represents a good polymorphism among the materials studied, and is linked closely to the Xa 21 locus with of a recombination rate 0%~1.3%; the genotype and phenotype of Xa 21 gene can be more accurately identified according to the polymorphism of pTA248.
