摘要
在不同条件下饲养黄粉虫幼虫 30d后 ,调查其重量增长速度 ,结果表明 :复合饲料A饲养的黄粉虫 ,其幼虫增重速度是单纯麦麸饲养黄粉虫的 2 .4倍 ;饲料含水量为 18%时幼虫增重速度是含水量为 12 %的 1.5倍 ;幼虫密度在每cm3 饲料中虫数为 0 .5 4头时的幼虫增重速度是密度为 0 .2 7头的 1.5倍 ;光 暗比为 12∶12的幼虫增重速度是光 暗比为 0∶2 4的 1.6倍。黄粉虫幼虫喜欢在浅层饲料中活动 ,饲料厚度应保持在 3.0~ 4.5cm。
The ecological factors includ the different formulas of folders, rearing conditions, population density that affected the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor L. in laboratory had been studied. After the larvae were reared for 30 days, the speed of the weight gain (S.W.G.) of larvae was investigated. The results showed as follows: When the larvae were reared with composite fodder A and pure wheat bran respectively, the S.W.G of the larvae reaned with former was 2.4 times faster than the latter; When the larvae were reared with fodder containing 18 and 12 percent of water respectively, the S.W.G neaned with the former was 1.5 times faster than the latter; When the larvae population density was 0.54 larval/cm 3 and 0.27 larval/cm 3 respectively, the S.W.G. of the larvae of the former was 1.5 times faster than the latter; When the light∶dark ratio was 12∶12 and 0∶24 respectively, the S.W.G. of the larvae of the former was 1.6 times faster than the latter. The larvae liked to stay at the layer which was 3.0~4.5 cm deep from the surface of the fodder.
