摘要
18只 7日龄雏鹅 ,随机分成对照组和试验组 ,饲以大麦 (占 45 % )基础日粮 ,试验组添加 0 .1%的Bio kyowa粗酶制剂。试验期为 7~ 2 1日龄 ,2 1日龄采取血样 ,测定其中激素含量和生化指标。结果显示 :与对照相比较 ,酶制剂使 2 1日龄雏鹅血糖水平高 13.95 % (P <0 .0 1) ,胰岛素有升高的趋势 ,胰高血糖素低 2 8.0 5 % (P <0 .0 1) ;血浆谷丙转氨酶活性较对照组升高 14.5 3 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而尿酸浓度却下降 35 .37% (P <0 .0 1) ;添加粗酶制剂后 ,血浆的TSH和T3分别较对照升高 11.76 %和 11.43% (P <0 .0 5 )。以上结果表明 :酶制剂通过解除饲料中 β 葡聚糖的抗营养作用 ,影响机体代谢激素水平 ,改变糖和蛋白质的代谢 。
Eighteen 7 day old goslings were randomly allotted to control and enzyme treated groups. The diet for the treatment group contained 45% barley and 0.1% Biokyowa enzyme preparation was added to it in experimental phase (7~21 days). The blood samples were collected on the day 21 via the wing vein and analyzed by radioimmunoasssay and spectrophotometry. These results are as follows:Compared with that of the control group, blood sugar and insulin contents were elevated by 13.95% ( P <0.01), while glucagon was reduced by 28.05% ( P <0.01); the ratios of insulin to glucagon was increased. The activity of GPT was 14.53% ( P <0.01) and uric acid content was reduced by 35.37% ( P <0.01).In the treatment group, the contents of TSH and T 3 were 11.76% ( P <0.05) and 11.43%( P <0.05) higher than those of the control group separately. These results show that barley based diet with enzyme preparation added to it can influence the metabolic hormone levels by relieving the anti nutrient action of β glucan, so as to improve the synthetic metabolism and benefit the quick growth of gosling.\;
