摘要 用驴胚肺二倍体细胞(DELDC)培养马传贫病毒(EIAV),以BA-细胞ELISA检测药物抗EIAV抗原的方法,对30余种中药制剂进行筛选,发现小柴胡汤、甘草浸液、黄芩汤和黄芩甙对马传贫病毒抗原有较明显抑制作用,其ED_(50)分别为717μg/mL、202μg/mL、1089ug/mL、6.6μg/mL. The preliminary experiment for screening the effctive traditional Chinese medicinal prescription against EIAV was done with the EIAV-DELDC system and BA-cellular ELTSA. More than thirty kinds of preparation including infusion, decoction, extract, injection, etc have been investigated. It was proved that minor decoction of bupleurum, infusion of liquorice, decoction of scutellaria and scutellaria glycoside have obvious inhibition effects on EIAV,their ED50 are 717μg/mL,202μg/mL,1089μg/mL and 6.6g/mL,respectively.
