摘要
在细胞培养基中加入一定浓度的908细胞生长促进剂(一种酵母蛋白),能明显地提高细胞的生长质量,增加细胞的生长数量(约是常规培养的9.5倍).培养基中小牛血清的浓度对其结果影响较大,含15%小牛血清的细胞增殖数量约是含5%小牛血清的4倍.
A study on using '908' cell growth factor for improving the growth of myeloma cells (Sp2/0) was made. The results showed that '908' could promote the cell proliferation. The quality of the cell is obviously better and its number is up 9. 5 times as compared with the control group. It is also shown that the concentration of newborn calf serum (NCS) in '908' has a significant affection on the results. The number of the cell,in the group with 15% NCS is 4 times higher than that in the group with 5% BCS. It is expected that '908' will play an important role in the research of hybridoma.
