摘要
选用180只4周龄星布罗商品代肉仔鸡,随机分为4组(每组45只),日粮中分别添加0ppm、5.0ppm、10.0ppm、20.Oppm的Procaterol.以玉米-豆饼作为基础日粮.试验期4周.结果表明,给药组饲料转化率提高,但4周净增重各组间无显著差异;腿肌率提高,腹脂与皮下脂肪厚度显著下降;肌肉中蛋白质含量提高,脂肪含量无显著变化.以上结果表明,肾上腺素能β-受体兴奋剂Procaterol能明显地提高肉仔鸡的饲料转化率,降低胴体脂肪含量,增加蛋白质沉积.
One hundred and eighty 4-week-old Starbro broilers were divided randomly into 4 groups. Each contained 45 birds. They were fed on corn-soybean basal diet containing pro-caterol at levels of 0, 5. 0, 10. 0, 20. 0 ppm for 4 weeks respectively. The experimental results obtained were as follows: 1. The feed conversion efficiency was increased, while there was no significant difference in average gain of body weight during experimental period; 2. the leg muscle rate increased, but the abdominal fat rate and the deepness of subcutaneous fat reduced; 3. the protein content in muscles increased, but the fat content did not change obviously.
