生态哲学操作:西部资源环境与经济生态三题

Operation of Ecological Philosophy:Three Solutions on Resouces and Environment in the Western China and Economic Ecology

论及西部开发 ,学界通常强调应将资源开发与环境保护同时并举 ,经济建设与生态建设有机结合 ,经济效益与生态效益高度统一云云。然而问题在于 ,结合西部地区的现实 ,在西部开发中如何有效实现这些进言献策 ,如何充分化解它们之间的矛盾冲突 ,能否以及怎样提供有价值的操作思路。文章给出生态哲学理论视界 ,对此进行了观念 /思维层面上的操作尝试。

On western development,academic circles usually emphasize that resource development and environmental protection should go hand in hand;economic construction and eoological construction should be united organically;economic results and ecological results should be consolidated highly.However,it is realistic questions about western development how to implement those offered advice effctively,how to compromise those contradiction and confliction fully,and whether and how we offer useful operational ideas when concerning western areas'reality.This paper intents to point out some operational attempts of ideal thinking with ecological philosophy.
