加入WTO,融入全球经济一体化,是21世纪的中国必须面对的现实。因此,有必要对加入WTO后的人力资源开发的竞争形势进行认真的分析、及时制定有效的应对策略,抓住机遇.迎接挑战,搞好人力资源的深层次开发,以使中国在世界经济新一轮的竞争中立于不败之地。
Joining the WTO and integrating with the global economy, that is the reality China must confront with in the 21st century. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze in earnest the competitive situation for Chinese human resources development after Joining the WTO, shape the effective strategies, catch hold of the opportunities, greet the challenges, do well in the deep development of human resources so as to keep China remain invincible in a new round of world economic competition.
