摘要
企业核心能力正日益受到企业管理理论界与业界的关注,中国的许多企业无疑应该积极利用这一成果,但是也应该注意集中于专业化领域、开发核心技术和核心营销能力、加强人才资源激励、基于核心能力的多角化经营以及苦练基本功。
Enterprise core competence has been widely concerned by management theorists and practitioners. Chinese Enterprise may use of this achievement. But in the course of raiseing core competence, Chinese enterprise must take over five problems: focusing on professional field, developing core technology, core marketing capability, stimulationg human resoure, based on core competence relevant diversificational development strategy raising fundamental competence and not pursue core competence partially.
