摘要
在知识经济大背景下,企业人力资源管理的理论与实践随之呈现出新的发展趋势。依据这一发展趋势,从企业的角度出发,提出了如下对策建议:树立以人为本的管理思想、高度重视人力资源的开发和利用:将人力资源开发与管理纳入企业发展战略之中;强化职工的继续教育,加大智力资本的投资;加快企业人事制度改革;形成人力资源市场化配置机制。
There appears a new trend for the theory and practice of the human resource management of enterprises. Under the environment of knowledge economy the following suggestions are provided according to this trend from the angle of the enterprises. First, set up the management idea of human first and pay intensive attention to the development and employment of human resource. Second, adopt the development and management of human resources into the strategy of the development of enterprises. Third, strengthen the employees further education and enlarge the intelligent investment. Finally enhance the system innovation of enterprise human resource and form the corresponding make system.
